Nobody knows including Security, this password is generated by server so no one aware of this.

You should have valid 10-digit India phone number.
Currently I stay outside India, how do I access this app?
You can download app from store and use valid 10 digit India phone number to login.
Do I need to logout/login this app every time I quit/open?
No, once your login to app, you don’t need to login again and again.
I usually write Water meter readings in the log book kept at security, does this app take care of that?
Yes, you can update water meter readings every month in the app and automatically water bill will be shown to you. You can pay the amount pertaining to this and can acknowledge to your admin about this.

Can I test this app before I would like to rollout to my society?
Yes, by default it is in Test Environment, once you get the confidence about this app then you can switch the Live Environment.
Can I Switch to Test from Live environment?
No, once you switch to Live environment you will not have option to switch to Test environment.
We are 90+flats, do I need to add Owner/Tenant/Staff/Association members details through app?
No, you can invite residents to fill their data [or] In case you have details of all residents simply you can download the Master-data template app, fill the details from your windows desktop/laptop machine and upload to app.
Can I update the details after I upload the master data?
Master data template is to upload the bulk details through app, later you can add/update the details through app.
What happened if I reupload the data again?
It deletes the existing data from the database and considers the new data

Yes, Admin have full privileges to update the details.

Can’t I change default reminder time from 15 days to 30 days?
Yes, you can add based on your wish.
What is the price per month?
If Number of flats are less than 99 then License cost is INR299 per society.
If Number of flats are more than 99 then License cost is like below example.

Total flats: 145
145 x3 = INR435 per society.

Total flats: 181
181x3 = INR543 per society.
Are you sure about the pricing modes?
Yes, we charge INR299 per society per month, but we show ads intermittently to residents and staff.

Can I track In and Out time of all my visitors?
Yes, you can track all visitors log
How do I know my visitor phone number is valid or not?
Ask your visitors to give missed call to track in time and phone number.
My visitor doesn’t have phone number, how I can make an entry?
Currently our app doesn’t take any entry without phone number/visitor missed call.
Can I track Courier details through this app?
Yes
Can I notify flat owner/tenant if any courier to him?
Yes, you can notify them.
Any validations while collecting the courier/mail from security?
Yes, once you notify the courier to flat owner/tenant it generates the unique password, so residents are supposed to enter the same password while collecting the courier.
How do I know the unique password?
You will not come to know, ask residents to enter the password while collecting the courier.
