End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please note that at any time, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate our legal agreement with you and deny you use of our Services if:
1. You have breached any provision of these terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of these terms); or
2. We are required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of our Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or
3. Any partner with whom we offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with us or ceased to offer their services to you; or
4. We are transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services; or
5. The provision of the Services to you is, in our opinion, no longer commercially viable.
6. At any reason whatsoever; or if you have broken any of the terms in the Agreement herein.

Term. The license to the Software granted under these Terms of Service remains in effect fora period of 75 years, unless earlier terminated by you or BKubes in accordance with thisprovision. You may terminate the license at any time by destroying all copies of the Softwarein your possession or control. The license granted under this Agreement will automaticallyterminate, with or without notice from BKubes, if you breach any term of this Agreement.Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and promptly destroy all copies ofthe Software in your possession or control.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOUMAY NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND YOU MUST UNINSTALL IT FROM ANYCOMPUTERS OR DEVICES UPON WHICH YOU MAY HAVE DOWNLOADED ORINSTALLED THE SOFTWARE.
